Easy Redemption

Tracking and recording voucher redemptions with DealVille.me is flexible and easy. We offer two different methods of redemption for customers, via smartphone or printed voucher. We then track and present all this data to you!

Collect printed vouchers at point of sale

When a customer comes in with a DealVille voucher, simply record the transaction in your POS System the best way that works for you. Set aside all vouchers in a designated area that can be quickly accessed.

You can then scan the QR code located on every voucher with any smartphone reader app (see list of recommended free apps). Scanning the code will automatically mark the voucher as “USED” on our system and will no longer be available to that customer for the duration of the campaign.

Many merchants simply wait until the close of business to scan all vouchers at once to avoid backup. This can be done at your convenience!

Allow customer to redeem via mobile phone

By logging into dealville.me on their mobile phone, a customer can show you a Confirmed Deal screen with a unique confirmation code at the time of purchase. You can record this transaction in your POS system in the manner that works best for you. The corresponding voucher is automatically marked “USED” on our system, and will no longer be available to that customer for the duration of the campaign.

View Campaign Reports

We will create an account for your business upon starting a campaign with DealVille. This account will grant you access to a unique URL that will display reports of all transactions within your campaign.

You’ll then be able to view all customers who claimed your voucher (reserved it for later use) vs all customers who Redeemed your voucher (used the voucher as compensation at your business).

For a quick reference, you can filter all customers by name, status or offer.
